About Us
Daniel Solow
Daniel has spent the last 20 years working within organizations to position his colleagues, organization, and himself for success. Working within the intercollegiate athletics space allowed him to be part of amazing athletic teams and world class organizations that were built and rebuilt to achieve unprecedented results.
He is excited to bring these lessons and philosophies to your organization. Daniel’s motivation is to help people be the best versions of themselves and achieve their fullest potential. He believes in empowering people to develop skills and be held accountable for their actions.
The results of these efforts stand on their own. Teams that he has worked with have won championships and achieved record results across different size organizations. From fundraising arms generating less than $1 million annually to raising more than $100 million, from teams that were picked to finish last place to winning championships, we develop a culture and mindset that allows the organization to achieve unfathomable results.
Prior to founding Four Verticals, Daniel served in athletics leadership positions at University of Southern California, Northwestern University, Hofstra University, University of Cincinnati and Northern Illinois University, where he received his master’s degree. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Arts from Occidental College while captaining the men’s golf team. He and his wife Abby and son Marty reside in Chicago.
